HDFS Scholarships

A number of Scholarships are available to students in Human Development and Family Studies.

Please review the scholarship descriptions before you complete the application form.  You will be asked to identify the scholarship for which you are applying.

You will also be asked to provide at least two reference letters using the reference forms attached to the application.

Provide references from the following:
  • A professor in Human Development and Family Studies (must be at least one of the references)
  • A professor at the University of Connecticut in another department /school OR a personal reference, such as an employer

    • Bring one copy of the completed application form - and have the two reference letters sent - to the Student Services Center (FS 123).
