TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:
Current UConn students interested in transferring into the Human Development and Family Studies Program should bring a completed application (Transfer Application) to their first appointment with an HDFS advisor in the Student Services Center (FS 123).
Please note that you must make an appointment with an HDFS advisor through our online system (http://advapp.uconn.edu).
Non-UConn students should apply to the University indicating Human Development & Family Studies as their intended major
(www.admissions.uconn.edu).
OVERENROLLMENT POLICY & OVERENROLLMENT FORM:
Please be advised that to overenroll in HDFS classes you must submit an overenrollment form to the Family Studies Student Services Center.
Please note that we will not accept any forms submitted before January 5, 2010 . Continue to try to enroll in the desired course as it may become available
due to add/drop, or to the reserved seats being released.
If you have not had success by January 5, 2010, submit the form as per the
instructions. They will be processed and sent to the instructors, who will then
assign permission numbers at their discretion by the first week of classes.
DO NOT CONTACT THE INSTRUCTOR OF THE CLASS. They will contact
you if they are giving you a permission number.
