Served on the planning committee for the formation of the SFSAS 
Served as President from 1999-2001
Presently on the board
Chair - Membership and Public Relations committee.
In the past year she has been involved with the SFSAS efforts to raise monies to fund an Endowed Chair for the School of Family Studies and has worked with the UConn Foundation to further this goal.
